Nothing beats the flavors of fall. Cinnamon, spice and everything nice!
You’ll often find me eating apples with a pinch of cinnamon, adding a dash of pumpkin spice to my coffee, or burning cranberry candles throughout my apartment. I just love the warmth and homeyness of Autumn aromas, and they inspire me to try new things in the kitchen, like these Pumpkin Spice Bites.
I’ve been trying to sharpen my cooking skills more and more lately, so this weekend I took the dessert route. These tasty treats were so unbelievably easy and amazingly delicious. I served them warm with vanilla ice cream, but the possibilities are endless. Roll them in cocoa powder and serve with milk. Toss them in Parmesan cheese and serve with spaghetti. Stuff them with marshmallows, roll them in graham crackers and dip them in melted chocolate. Seriously…. you could substitute these ingredients with anything, and I’m 99.9% sure they’ll still be delicious.
I just wanted to share this recipe with everyone so you can try for yourself! Enjoy the flavors of fall 🙂
